Oatley is an excellent suburb to live in. It has a fantastic village atmosphere where people can walk to the shops, choose from numerous good coffee shops for a nice quiet coffee or meet up with friends you've had for years.

It is an extremely quiet and clean suburb. As it is not a suburb you actually go through except along Hurstville Road so traffic noise is virtually non existent. Beautiful parks and water ways add to the natural beauty of the area. Public transport links to the city, beaches or larger retail suburbs are excellent.

The choice of educational facilities in the suburb are excellent. The suburb is extremely safe and it is an area where you will still see children playing as a group having fun in the park or outside a house without the need for strict supervision.

We've lived in Oatley for 20years and it has been perfect. Great place, great friends, great environment. It's the sort of place than when you come home from work you look up the river and you feel you are on holidays. Very relaxing.
