there is not much to say besides it's a wonderful place to live! parks, leisure centre, beach...i have a dog and it's great to go for walks and you have quite a few parks to choose from. as everyone else said as well, greta location, a 2 mins drive to the beach and the city isn't far away either. week end trips to yanchep are just as easy. beautiful place!
