I'm a resident of 10 years and about to leave for a beautiful suburb by the sea :)
In my ten years I would sum the place up as, extremely dull , lot of outdated houses, depressing landscapes, a mish mash of same same boxes. A place you simply pass through , nothing exceptional .I also found the area unsafe in parts
