We recently moved to Mango Hill and are really enjoying living here. Before deciding, we had shortlisted three suburbs in North Brisbane – Mango Hill, Carseldine, and Bridgeman Downs.

Compared to Carseldine, Mango Hill (especially in the Capestone area) has no flooding issues at all, which gave us extra peace of mind. When we compared it with Bridgeman Downs, Mango Hill stood out because it has two train stations, making commuting much easier. Another big advantage is that there’s no large land subdivision happening here that could flood the market with excess supply, which gives us confidence in the long-term growth potential.

On top of that, the suburb is very well-connected – it’s close to IKEA, Costco, and plenty of other infrastructure. With the Bruce Highway upgrades and ongoing development, Mango Hill feels like a great choice for both lifestyle and investment.
