Melinda Barlow

I've lived here for 5 years and it's always changing and evolving. The constants though are great food and bars, access to the beach and spectacular sunsets. The community is diverse, fancy and rough around the edges all at once and though there are some weak spots, St Kilda is a battler and constantly reinventing itself.
