Great family area, has everything you need in walking distance. By car you are a quick drive by either freeways or Maroondah hwy to the city, beach or valley. Its the perfect spot. Nice area for walking your dog, riding, coffee ( with nice cafes ) and quiet with the sounds of kookas and other birds. Schools are great, my kids were in walking distance to the lot...kinda, primary and secondary. Dont need your licence as you have trains and busses.
