Rocklea
"Yes we got wet"
We've lived in Rocklea for over 2 years and it was exactly what we wanted to raise our family. Transport, parks, no throughway traffic, close to town and shops within 4 km.
Would like more dining out options and no more rain.
Great for
- Brisbane Markets
- Cheap double-blocks with huge potential
- Close to city and perstigious suburbs (Tennyson, Sherwood, Graceville, Chelmer)
Not great for
- Need more people to realise the HUGE potential
- Prone to flooding but so is Rosalie, Bulimba, New Farm, West End, Milton, The Reggatta etc...
