Bondi Junction

"Bondi Junction - the suburban side"

All the review here talk about Bondi Junction as a shopping and night life destination.

If they got out and explored a bit they would find that to the western side of Bondi Junction you have the Mill Hill conservation area with lovely quite suburban streets. Streets like Ruthven Street and St James Road are all low rise houses and feel like they are in a quite leafy suburb. People walk their dogs in the street and there is a real neighbourly feel about the place.

For families and people who want the feel of living in the suburbs, and with the convenience of Centennial Park literally on your doorstep, restaurants on Oxford Street, shopping at Westfield, a railway station within 10 minutes walk and good schools in easy reach, this is possibly the best and most convenient place to live in Sydney. In addition you have Bondi Beach 10 minutes away!!

I agree. I work in Bondi Junction and love the suburban side. Bondi Junction has a great mix of everything.
