"Overall not my cup of tea"
Pros - Has great public transport, shopping options that are second to none
Cons - Very hilly, seemingly mild crime rates, clogged main roads, apartments are extremely small in relation to value for money, extremely loud & hard to sleep at night
Great for
- All kind of retail shops Big W, woolwoth , coles, safeway etc
- Movies, Spa, Gym, Medical, schools
- Walking distance to major Melbourne attractions
Not great for
- Traffic is shocking
- Crime
- Quite busy
- Expensive to rent

North Melbourne
"Good Value for money & good quality of life"
North Melbourne offers good bang for your buck when you take into account the price-tags on homes in other neighborhood close to the CBD. It clearly sets itself apart from the Kensington & Flemmington area. The traffic is lousy at peak hour, however with that being said practically every neighborhood has lousy traffic flow nowadays.

- Heritage buildings, park access, eclectic shopping and dining
- Close to CBD, hospitals, shops & Schools
- Huge capital growth
- University High School catchment
Not great for
- Peak hour traffic
- Commission housing
