Caringbah covers quite a diverse area: In South Caringbah there are a lot of large multi-level homes on hilly streets leading to the Port Hacking River, whilst North Caringbah has cute single level cottages in flat, walkable streets. It also has the sought- after high schools. Central Caringbah has the station precinct and all the amenities, and is home to new multi storey development blocks. Then there is the light industrial area on the far side of Captain Cook drive near Bunnings. Each area has pros and cons, so it really depends on what style of living suits you, and how much you are willing to spend. Overall, Caringbah is a highly sought after area in the shire, with great amenities and easy access to the beach, cafes and major shopping.
