Courallie Avenue

"'Cool'-rallie Ave"

I've been a resident of Courallie Ave for ten years and the area has seen a great deal of change in that time. What was once mostly houses on a quiet part of Homebush West has seen significant development from low / medium density unit blocks. The area now is quite popular, and for good reason due to local amenities, affordability and transport access.

Homebush West

"Pho-gotten Foodie Suburb"

Hidden from the main roads Homebush West is a little piece of asia right here in Sydney. Much like its bigger counterparts in Eastwood and Cabramatta but in a smaller package, secreted behind the Sydney Markets.

The town centre is right next to the newly upgraded Flemington Train Station which now has both express and all stations trains to and from the city.

There's a diverse range of asian food from countries such as China / Vietnam / India. These include Dim Sim / Bakery (Vietnamese) / BBQ (Chinese) / Cafes (Vietnamese & Korean) / Traditional (Indian & Chinese) / Pho. Not to mention an array of shops filled with exotic fresh produce, products and spices.

There are large parks near the town centre with the incredible bicycle / foot paths of Olympic park only a short bicycle ride away.

Large shopping centres at Rhodes / Burwood / Strathfield / Lidcombe are only 5-10 mins drive away. The suburb is on an arterial section of motorway that accesses all points of the compass.

I've been a resident of the suburb for ten years and I'd highly recommend the area for young professionals and families.
