We bought into the area and really enjoy how well connected Allawah is. It's quieter than Hurstville but has easy access to its amenities e.g. Westfield, resturants, doctors etc. Meade Park has been upgraded and is a safe and interesting spot for the kids to play. A train ride into the CBD is only 25 minutes. Opposite the station is the Allawah hotel, a great spot to for trivia and a pub meal. There is also plenty of public and private schools in the area. The suburb has easy access to Carss Park, the beach and Princes Hwy. An under rated suburb.
