We bought our beautiful home here 2 years ago and wouldn't want to be anywhere else. Pozieres crescent is a friendly street with houses on it that are around 20 years old. The street gets beautiful breezes that cool you down on a hot summers day. We have a very active border collie who enjoys runs in the many nearby parks and best of all, 15 mins walk (or 2 min drive) is Dicky Beach which is a beautiful dog friendly beach. The Currimundi marketplace is right around the corner with all your shopping needs and Talara school is minutes walk away.
Aroona itself is very green with well established trees and parks and would suit young families or retirees due to its great value with proximity to everything.
