We’ve lived in Kogarah for a number of years now, and have seen it get better and better. We swapped the busy and industrial roads of Alexandria for birds on our balcony and a 10 minute drive to the beach. If you’re priced out of the inner west, Kogarah is a great alternative with a quiet village vibe and plenty of cafés and eateries.

With a mix of new builds and historical houses, Arncliffe has something to suit everyone. With plans due to start to renovate the main street, we are so pleased to have moved here. A very relaxing suburb to live in with great food and coffee, and in such a convenient location. We travel a lot so a 10 minute Uber to the airport is perfect, and better yet there is no noise from air craft! Just the sound of kookaburras and parakeets. Highly recommended and great prices compared to neighbouring suburbs.
