Springvale South

"Great place to call home"

I have moved back to Springvale South after living abroad for almost 10 years and I must admit, the place is fantastic.

Love Springvale but I prefer Springvale South. More quiet and less crazy busy.

I have a young family and its an ideal place to live. Close to shops, childcare centres and primary schools. People are friendly (esecially if your Asian) and they keep to themselves most of the time.

5 mins drive and you can drop your kids off at the best school in Australia (Haileybury College).

I rarely see any crimes nor do I see anything that might put me off. Yeah they have the occasional street beggers at the shops but thats the only bad thing i could think about it. You see more street beggers at Malvern and in they city.

Only 10 mins to the beach and 15 mins to Chadstone Shopping Centre. 10 mins from The Glen.

Defintely great potential in this area. They are even building a Hyatt Hotel in Springvale in a few years time.

Love the suburb. Wouldn't live anywhere else.

Straight out of Springvale.
