After recently staying with family for a short stop between jobs they that still live in viking court how i dont know, even though the family i was residing with reside up the very top of the court how they manage to still live there is beyond myself and anyone i know the court it self is messy untidy with one family especially that have no respect of how to maintain or keep a property clean i think all those whome live in this court know woh the family is i recently inspected after a drive by look at the property of number 7 like many houses in this area the floor plan is confusing alot of wasted space and really although the residence well well dressed its still rather messy between the dirty carpet, a very strange stench much like rotting garbage so many other faults one must wonder if there is a building permit for the extention that has been so poorly built out the back over all i think maybe some parts of carrum downs could be lovely but not this court after speaking to many people in the court in self they all agree it would be great if this so called abode was sold but there does seam to be alot of arguments amongest the neighbours i certainlly could not recomend for any one to reside there. on saying that the best part was the supermarkets are very handy with in walking distance.
