North Caringbah has a brand new golf club, a trendy cafe, a new chemist, schools within walking distance, and houses and apartment with views across Botany Bay and the city skyline. Lots of cute cottages with large yards for the kids. Prices keep rising as more developers transform the area. Very community conscious and friendly.
