"Never lose value between the city and the beach"
Between the city and the beach is a perfect location and Anzac Highway takes you directly to both. Highway Hotel is the local pub and got voted the best in SA. Lots of parks nearby and bike track runs through Plympton which goes from the city to the beach. Different types of public transport too (tram and bus).

"Green suburb between the city and the beach"
Great place to live, public transport (tram and bus) nearby, many shops, Highway Hotel is great place for a meal and drink. Many parks nearby. Bike track to beach and city runs through Plympton. This suburb will always gain value due to its location.
