"Mature youngies living in our own Moulden home"
My partner and I bought our very first house in Moulden, three months ago. We know all our neighbours and they are all polite and wave/have a chat with you when you're leaving for work in the morning or arriving home from work. Our yard is BIG so there is plenty of room for our children to play unlike in other suburbs with no backyards - children need the opportunity to learn in a natural environment. Our yard is clean, pest feed, rubbish free etc. We are happy to live in Moulden and feel safe going to bed at night as we are surrounded by lovely people. NOTHING has been stolen from our yard and we are not worried about this occuring. Some areas of Moulden are bad, but you get that in every suburb!
Great for
- Nice people
- Large yards
- Parks and recreational activities
- Schools
- Shopping
Who lives here?
- Professionals
- Singles
- Families with kids
- Retirees
- Tourists
Mason court is a good area in moulden, NO dramas or hassles. Quiet street, for a family home. Lived and grew in moulden all my life, could not change it or swope it for the world
Alot of child hood memories, went too school and attended sports within the area
34 years of age and I haven't left
#Moulden1
Not too mention I now live on Tamarind rd across from the child care with me old man, have a few dramas every now and again but controllable
Well respected around the area so what can I say
"Neighbour dramas within the gins and full bloods and community people of the indigenous australian whom pop up ever now and again"
Any major dramas we usually recorded every movement inform the cops and ask them too move off the area and return too were they belong and advise them too stay away and move on as we cannot assist them
Hello :) do you know much about Manson Court?
