It's all about character and the quality of living here. Only 12kms from the CBD, Malvern East is like an open secret suburb that only the discerning buyers would go for. Other buyers go for used-by household names like Toorak, Armadale, Camberwell, Canterbury and Brighton...I would never lived in those snobbish aristrocatic burbs. Malvern East isn't cheap but we are definitely classy and also friendly. Well educated and polite people walking around, people who enjoy their greenery and wholesome family life. That's why I bought here. Not moving away. Never. Ever. Period.
