Coomaroo Street

"Coomaroo St is right next to a new estate"

Coomaroo St is in the process of upgrading. With Glenhaven estate right next door, it has prompted some the locals to do some renovations. The blocks are a good size and it is close to a city bus stop and schools 3 min walk away.
Safety and neighbourhood helpgullness has lways been high and everyone says hi
Definately concider Coomaroo St. Once this estate is finallised and renovations are completed, it'll be a nice street in a good location

Durack

"Durack is a hidden Gem"

Durack is becomming more like Oxley eveery day. I was told about Inala and was a bit concerned, but I've been here for 2 years and never had any issues with the suburb. My neighbours have been here for 18 years and never had a burglar scare ( how many suburbs can say that. We have a City bus 2 min walk from here, that arrives in the Mall in 30 min and runs all night on weekend ( no need for cabs) The only downside is there is no trainlines in Durack
We have some great shops close by and with Woolworths Richlands open now, the groceries are high quality at good prices. There is an awesome butcher P and N Butchers, near Aldi that is the best I've been to. and the prices and variety are great
There must be lots of people that have seen this, as there is heaps of development happening around here. The schools here have have lots of money spent on them, to do them up. Only a matter of time, before Westfield or someone buys Inala shopping centre and does it up
Close to the city, but prices that are normally 50 km from the city
This suburb is great fro Familys - big blocks and if you look hard enough, you can get a pool for the kids

Great for

  • 15km to city
  • Cheap area
  • Doesn't flood

Not great for

  • Stigma
