High Street

"High street a street with a lot of noise, drink drivers and just plain old drunk people being destructive and loud"

Worst street in Mitcham Village ever. Drunks from the ed crawling all over the place at all hours. People in the pub car park playing music at all hours of the night. Drunk people damaging your property. Beeping their car horns and just the noise all the time. Having a BBQ at home forget your visitors trying to find a park. All the streets around are constantly full of peoples cars from the hotel.

Barretts Road

"Barretts Road- the Last street in Torrens Park"

The best thing about Barretts Road is when the freight trains come through in the middle of the night it's extremely loud but it only takes a few nights when you first move in to just become accustomed to it. So after you've done that, you will sleep through anything - your neighbors have a party... you wont hear it. The dog next door is barking - you wont even notice.
Huge blocks of land up here. Nice hills and views.Clapham Primary school is on it so in the afternoon the streets are crawling with kids. Lynton Train station (city to Belair). Garden rubbish tip just off the street (beagle) Bus at the end of Barretts road each way. One end going down Unley rd the other cutting through King William rd to go to the city.
