"quite, family oriented suburb"
Moved in 6 months ago with my wife and two kids, love this area, quiet and friendly with plenty of parks and playgrounds around for kids and dogs. Easy Motorway access to airport, gold coast, ipswich and easy access to Calamvale village and Sunnybank Hills plaza. Not very convenient for city workers, bus does take close to an hours to get to CBD, would recommend city worker to drive to closest train/bus hub for city transit.
Great for
- Great parks for children and dogs
- Access to major feeder roads.
- Well planned quiet neighbourhood with consistent growth.
- Modern, well planned, great upmarket area, parks great for families.
Not great for
- Bus is only form of public transport-30-40mins to CBD(there is a direct line to Griffith Uni campus at Nathan)
