Leaving at The Shoals over 9 years and loved evrything about it. Beach is walking distance. Nice houses with good value for money. No noise or silly people. if its a party on a street - its for all neighbours. everyone knows each other and give you helping hands if you need it. its safe for kids to play on the street.
Large GP Super Clinic is just 10 min drive and its has everything you need, don't have to drive to town for a dentist, doctor or physio. Next to GP is Coles, Woollworths, Pizzas, Subway, 2 different gym, few schools, childcare, police, few service stations, pharmacy, flight centre, bakery.....and much more. We maybe 25-30 min away from CBD, but who would want to leave in middle of city night life anyway?
