It is one of the handiest places to live, close to the city, north shore & motorway.
The small local shopping centre has all the essentials.
Newington has a wonderful community & beautifully maintained parklands.
It is a 10 minute walk to all the entertainment stadiums.
The best part is it is a small enclave & wont be built out by high rise like neighbouring suburbs.
