All suburbs have their trouble areas, don't let those reviews put you off! We purchased in Bray Park 4 years ago. As an active family we love the numerous options available and close by. We love Lake Samsonvale that is less than 5 minutes away and provides beautiful walking trails with the odd Koala able to be spotted! The Glasshouse Mountains are under an hour away for hiking and Bribie, Redcliffe and Sunshine Coast are all within a short drive for a day out at the beach. Our pocket of Bray Park has a great neighborly feel to it. We know our neighbors on our street and those behind our house. As City workers we find the drive in very doable. We prefer the quieter living that Bray Park offers compared to other suburbs closer to the City, all with a great shopping hub at Warner Shopping Centre.
