I love Ninda! Wonderful views, friendly neighbours, quiet and neat and tidy. Quick and easy access to the city. And close to all amenities one needs. Houses very rarely come up for sale in this street! People hold on to them for a reason!

We recently moved to Rosny and everyone we talk to says "welcome to Hobart's hidden gem".
Friendly, quiet and convenient are just a few word's that come to mind when trying to sum up Rosny.
It has one of the best primary school's in Hobart! You can walk to Eastlands and Bellerive shopping centre's. Quick and easy drive (or walk) to get into the city. Not to mention has an abundance of sporting facilities such as indoor swimming centre, tennis centre, cricket nets and ovals.
Rosny is mostly overlooked and undervalued! We love it here.
