"St Albans, Smart Choice!!!"

I have lived n St Albans for 3 years now. Good accessibility to key facilities like Transport, school etc. Has good shopping precinct within 10 minutes driving distance. Is a suburb to watch in the next 5-8 years. Gentrification happening in St Albans and surrounding suburbs.
