I rate belmont 10 out of 10,
Its close to city,airport, shopping centre, huge balgravia Park, Ascot racing, belmont leisure centre, all facilities we have in belmont,
I was concern when I built my house everyone was saying to me why belmont, but to be honest that's one of the best decision I ever made, the land prices are very reasonable in belmont compare to other suburbs with in 10 kilometres to city.
Its been 1 year we have moved in.my street is extremely quite neighbours are great and friendly, hardly i can hear the plane, wide and massive roads,
