"Exceptional country living with city conveniences"
Excellent country life in the middle of the vineyards with plenty of quality eating out, wineries, serenity and friendly people.
Fantastic bird and wildlife.
Rural living on the edge of the new Huntelee township which will have new schools and facilities.
Only 40 minutes to Newcastle, 1 hour to Central Coast and 1.75 hrs to Sydney to get your fix of shopping. Will be much less than F3 extension is completed in 2013.
Larger centres of Maitland, Cessnock and Singleton around 20 minutes in each direction.
