Kolodong Road
"A Gem in the heart of the Manning Valley"
This is an ideal rural location on the edge of Taree. 5 minutes drive into town with all its great facilities but in a beautiful rural setting. Even the council features a valley photograph of this region at their inquiry desk. The area is a mix of large homes on small acreage and fertile river flat farms. There is a private school at the end of the Kolodong Rd loop at well as a marvellous cafe/restaurant (Bowers). If you are on farmland you are walking distance from the Manning River ( popular boating, water skiing and kayaking section of the river. Golf course and RSL Club is close by as well as Bunnings. There is a childcare centre near Bowers. A great climate and location with no crime or unsociable behaviour.
