"Growing fast but staying friendly"

I have lived in Beerwah for over 10 years and have seen it change over that time. Beerwah is a relatively safe place to live and raise a family, with nearly all amenaties here except the big shopping centres and hospitals which are a short drive away. 30 mins to the beach and under an hour to Brisbane make it great for professionals and families. The train line attracts some ferals but in comparison to other towns of similar size the crime rate is relatively low. Traffic flows well and delays are minimal. Best of all it is a friendly relaxing town that is growing into a hinterland hub with new estates popping up and plans for capital growth on the drawing boards.... I for one wont be moving away anytime soon.
