Griffin

"Family oriented"

Large community. Good for families, both large and small. The overall area is very quiet during the day. Close to all local amenities and transport, also very close to expressway access.

Griffin is a lovely place to live with a lot of town planning and infrastructure to be built in the next 2 to 5 years. My business is only a 2 minute drive from Griffin in the Murrumba Downs shopping centre and I list and sell in the suburb every month. If you need any more help or advice please feel free to give me a call

Is there a mosquito issue in the new river breeze estate? Heard mixed reviews about griffin - we are thinking of building there ...

Hi Melissa, Moreton Bay Regional Council is know for mosquito's especially when you are close to foliage and low laying pools of water. This year has not been too bad as we have not experienced a lot of rain. When we have a wet summer mosquito's are very bad and council has a program where they do spray if required. I have sold and leased a lot of properties in River Breeze and I have not noticed mosquito's to be bad through the day. My advice would be to go on dark and have a walk along Junction Rd to see if they are there on dusk. Yours Sincerely Jason Smith Ray White Murrumba Downs! 0400 389 116
