Netterville Street

"Nice & quiet but close to everything"

Nice little closed end street so it keeps it quiet with little traffic. Great for singles, couples and families. Close to the Hooper Centre for groceries, and just a quick drive to either Coles or Woolies. Very close to CBD (which as a young couple makes walking to town on a Saturday nite ideal). Very close to the lovely Queens Park which makes afternoon strolls with the dog or morning jogs ideal. One street down from the Federal Hotel and Dan Murphys. All the convenience of living near a pub with none of it's downfalls. After 4 years of living in this street I have never seen or heard of any disturbances that you would normally expect being near a pub. It's just not that kind of crowd and it closes relatively early. If you work in the CBD it's very easy to walk to work. Bus stop on Geddes St right at the top of Netterville St. I get no traffic noise from busy James St and have never had any issues with safety. All in all an ideal little street if the house fits!
