2 to 5 minutes to Clifton Hills Primary school, and about the same to the park. there are 2 bus stops next street. Minutes walk to the train station ( 15-17 min) and shops. Quiet street.

Kelmscott is devided by Albany Highway into 2 parts, the one on the west of the highway is called also Clifton Hills which continues till Roleystone. This place is awesome, we bought a house lately there, aquiet and served. There is a school and market near the highway, in some areas the city can be seen as it is only 29 I'm away. There are a couple of parks, both are safe and quiet. I love the place and highly recommend it. Watch this video.
