"Bad traffic, lacks community, good schools"
I lived at The Gap for two years. During that two years, I found the people who lived there very political (don’t join the Gap Grapevine if you hate politics) they struggle with understanding how to act towards one another as a community.
The traffic is terrible, with only buses that service the area. One road out to the city ect!
There is also a higher level of crime that has commenced in the area recently.
The surroundings are beautiful but that’s it. They have good schools here apparently, but we decided to put our child in private education so we didn’t utilise the schools.
I agree with evieh8 its an amazing place to live and has wonderful schools and everything else that is in. it is also good and the best place to live
I am a member of the gap state high and went to wilder road and have friends who went to all the schools around the gap and I also went to wilder road and it was the best school ever
I think this is all highly untruthful! If we're talking about the same Gap here, there is a wonderful sense of community and connectivity in this area. You're right about the traffic, it can be a pain sometimes but overall The Gap is a outstanding place to live in :D
