"Great suburb but prices are quickly rising"
I have lived here for about a decade and have noticed that there is a huge change in the suburb profile as investors cash in on the incredible returns and home owners are moving in. It is a very established suburb with the best walking parks and forests I have had the pleasure of experiencing in suburbia.
