ITs a nice street but because the bridge on morris road isnt finished yet its a bit of a hassell to get places. Such as coles or 7/11. Instead on it being a 2 min drive which it will be once morris road is connected it is actually a 10 min drive all the way around Truganina. Traffic out of Maraquands Rd on to Sayers road in peak or school traffic is horrible, sometimes stuck there for 20 min at a time. Other then the traffic issues it is a quite lovely place to live.
