Acacia Ridge

"Good little suburb close to everything (Merchiston st)"

We bought towards the end of 2017. Have loved it since great parks, lots of option with plenty of food nearby (Sunnybank) . The Oxley creek transformation project starting this year will be great to take the dogs out walking and kids out to play when finished.

I’ve found Acacia ridge is very centrally located you can get anywhere within greater Brisbane in under 30 mins in peak hour traffic which is great for me as I work all over. Non peak hour you are in the city in under 20minutes.

Most under valued suburb in Brisbane, only flaw would be distance to the coast which is 45mins. Which is fairly normal for the Brisbane area.
