I work at city so usually leave house at 7:00am and arrive around Wynyard station at 7:45-ish as the bus takes M2, without much stops.

Shopping is convenient as there are Castle Tower nearby or Stockland mall for Coles, Wollies and Aldi.

Very quiet most of the time. It's a very safe and family friendly area so I would recommend families with kids.

I am hoping that the North Connex Tunnel and newly being built train lines would ease the morning traffic then I might choose to drive.

There are less variety in terms of eating out compared to city but we usually cook at home because eating out is expensive. There are some nice restaurants around though, just need to explore.

House price recently has eased down which would be good for people looking for a place.
I like to do DIY work and there are Bunnings, Tradelinks etc. nearby which makes my life easier.

I don't have a child so won't be able to comment on schools.

Air quality is good compared to city.

My main reason for living here is because my parents-in-law lives nearby so it makes it easy to visit them.
