"A bit sketchy"
I've seen teenagers go around robbing other teenagers and have heard stories of drug dealing as well as kids stealing alcohol and have witnessed a few brawls, apart from this it is a nice area where families can live and visit the park there.

That happens much less often in Wahroonga than a lot of other areas. The problem with Wahroonga is the whole upper North Shore is being de-gentrified - massive highways in the middle of suburbs, old houses demolished and large unit blocks going up. Slowly, the demographic changes and the new people are more detached from each other.
