Very convenient with local Bi-Lo, Cafe & restaurant, Bank, Chemist and Doctors. Sporting fields (home of Central Coast Soccer Field) Fagans Park. Walking distance to local High School and Primary School. Leafy areas with bush views, nice homes and a retirement village near by. We find it so handy and convenient, and always travelling against the traffic in peak hour. Great neighbours and we have a family friendly yearly street Xmas party every year. Whats not to like.
