Sanctuary lakes is like no other. Prestige living with own golf course/pools/gym and tennis courts. The maintenance of how the street scapes look is incredible. Family absolutely loves it here and we have been here for 3 years. Im not sure why people are saying anything bad about it because I couldnt find one reason. You wont be dissappointed with Sanctuary Lakes. Best ive seen honestly

Recently bought here and absolutely love it. The train station is about to get a huge uplift to it with overhead bridges and being modernized.
A lot of commerical shops also coming close and going to add the modern look to Bethania. Bunnings is always 5 min away!
