It's January the market is on the up everyone is getting over the christmas holidays and are now starting to put the realestate hats back on with owners starting to sell and buyers starting to look however the buyers although alot of them are still very slow to make decisions why do people take so long to make decisions i have worked and lived in newfarm for over 20 years where else are they going to get what we have here .
