Carrum Downs

"Surprised"

We moved here from Mount Eliza 7 months ago and we are very happy to own our first home here. The best points for us are: being close to great supermarkets, dog park, library, schools etc. It's also really quiet where we live and because of the great facilities we will probably stay here. All the neighbours we have met so far are friendly (helping us with car troubles, lending us garden tools and even catching my dog when he got away from me) When we bought our house everyone said it was a bad idea but we are loving it and because of the low mortgage we can afford to renovate the house and I can complete my Doctorate. I would suggest scoping out the area thoroughly by walking around at different times of the day..
P.s I think being able to wear Pj's to the shops is a Pro :)

Haha that last comment makes me laugh!
My partner and I are considering loving there also! Are there any "better" parts to Carrum Downs?
