Albermarle street is one of those perfectly located streets in Newtown with a great balance of the main factors one would consider when moving into an area. Firstly it's a few minutes walk to the heart of Newtown and King st, yet distant enough to be quiet even when the centre is bustling. It's just as quick to go through the handy train line underpass at the end of Albermarle to get to the centre of Enmore and all it has to offer. It's an easy stroll to the memorial park and/or a handful of smaller parks within its vicinity. Parts are heritage listed and have beautiful older style Victorian era terraces and homes. The Carlisle Castle Hotel is located on the centre of Albermarle street which is well known and liked by locals for its pub vibe and delightful food.
