Lived on Loftus Street for 5 years and what I love most is that it is perfectly positioned in a quiet little spot that has very little traffic but which still gives you the best Campsie has to offer: over the back fence, we have Peter Moore Field for soccer and exercise, we have a public basketball court, a dog park and the Bulldogs training facility. Walk west for 5 minutes and you're in the heart of Belmore (sweets, cafes and the Canterbury Leagues Club). Walk east 5 minutes and you're in the beating heart of Campsie - Beamish Street - with the Metro station, fantastic food, fresh fruit, public schools, public libraries etc. Then walk 2 minutes south and you have the Canterbury Hospital. Multiple playgrounds are within walking distance. It really is such a good position.

We also often have Kookaburra's or parrots or magpies come and chill on your balcony. Beautiful.
