Butler
"Great area for families to live."
We have lived in Butler for a few months now, we moved here from Heathridge and find it a much nicer place to live.
We love the school, shops, parks etc. Thing will also improve when the new shopping centre is built.

Pembury Way
"Fantastic area with everything you need."
Butler is a great area for families, it has good schools, shops, lakes and parks and there is a beach close by. Everyone here seems friendly. We live near the main road and find it quiet enough.

Hi, can you tell me in your honest opinion how the situation is with Homeswest people??
We live in Sydney and are about to purchase our first home in Butler, but have been put off by all the comments made regarding the homeswest situation...
Are they mainly in a certain area? Street names would be appreciated, I believe the property we're looking at buying is classified as being in 'The Dunes"...
What Street are you in?
I need advise urgently as we are about to place a deposit... (or not)...
