We recently moved to Mango Hill and honestly, we keep asking ourselves why we didn’t do it sooner. The area has pretty much everything you need, and there’s still a lot of growth happening which is exciting to see.

There are two train stations nearby, which makes getting around super easy. IKEA and Costco are just around the corner, so shopping is a breeze. The vibe here is really friendly, and it’s in a great spot — close to the Bruce Highway, so getting to Brisbane or the Sunshine Coast is no hassle.

Property prices seem to be going up steadily, probably because of all the new infrastructure and limited new housing. It feels like we got in at the right time.

Capestone especially has a nice feel to it — peaceful but still close to everything. No regrets at all!
