Cascade Avenue
"Lovely tree lined avenue...."
Cascade avenue is a nice quiet tree lined avenue which is adjacent to the blue hills lake which is a pleasant walk. Nice well looked after homes where owners take pride in their gardens and lawns. Friendly residents who always say hello when you walk past or stop for a nice chat. This is our 4th home in Glenmore Park and by far the nicest friendliest street we've lived in. Easy access to the northern road too which is also good.

- Shame it's not wider but hey that's what living in an estate is like

Glenmore Park
"Friendly, green and by far the nicest area in Penrith"
Glenmore park is a safe, friendly estate in penrith where there are lovely homes, great parkland areas, bike tracks, good shopping facilities and by far the nicest area in Penrith. Only downside is the winding roads and roundabouts. Would never live in the middle of the estate but either end is great.

- Good resale value of homes
- Many families buy, sell, upsize and downsize staying in Glenmore Park
- Everybodys friendly
- Its secluded off from everywhere else
Not great for
- Streets arent wide
- Street are very windey
